Worried about premature faced by plucking graying hair

I am a 22-year-old girl. Two years ago I spotted my first grey hair. I plucked it out but my friends told me that plucking out a grey hair encourages the growth of two such hairs. Is it true? I am worried about the premature faced by my graying of our hair?

You seem to be genetically prone to premature graying of hair since your sister is also confronted with the same problem. It is a myth that one plucked grey hair will give rise to turn grey hair into back. You have the option of using the natural dyes like henna or the chemical in the country. Several foreign brands are also available these days.
