How to get rid of Baggy eyes? - Baggy Eyes cure and Treatment

The natural process of age and gravity, with or without sun damage, slowly pulls on the soft skin beneath the eyes and over time loosens it into "bags." In addition, the loss of muscle tone over time sometimes causes the fat pads around the eyes to appear bigger.

Baggy eyes can be improved by blepharoplasty (blef-ar-o-plas-tee), a surgery that removes the excess skin above and below the eyelids and the accompanying protruding fat pads. Some plastic surgeons perform this procedure by making an incision underneath the eyelid across the conjunctiva, the inside red margin part of the eye. This procedure is called a transconjunctival [trans-con-junk-tie-val) blepharoplasty.

Both types of blepharoplasty are done on an outpatient basis and take only a few hours. The result is tighter, more youthful looking eyes.

Laser resurfacing of skin, a process often used to eliminate lines around the eyes, often referred to as "crow's feet," fails to help baggy eyes because it merely diminishes the wrinkles around the eyes without removing the bags and fat pads.

Fitness Tip

The time taken on this part of your workout depends to a large extent on the temperature of your surroundings - the cooler the environment, the longer it will take to raise your body temperature.

Beauty Tip

If you chew and swallow your hair hairballs can develop in your stomach in several years. The strands become matted and trap undigested bits of food. They host colonies of bacteria. Surgery is the only way to remove them.
