Normal Hair Care
Normal hair is shiny yet not greasy and fairly easy to manage. It flies about the day after being set but it soon settles down and looks good for about a week.
What are the care tips for normal hair?
- Wash once a week with shampoo.
- Apply a little shampoo on the head, rub in well with the tips of your fingers then allow the shampoo to run down the hair length.
- Do not rub the ends of the hair vigorously.
If the hair occasionally looks as though it needs a conditioner, mix yolk of two eggs in a cup of lukewarm and together. Massage it on the head, then cover your hair with a polythene bag and leave it in place or 10 minutes. After this, rinse the hair with lukewarm water then shampoo it. |

Fitness Tip |
A neck collar supports and protects vertebrae displaced by whiplash (caused by sudden extreme bending of the spine) but should only be used if pain is severe because the aim of treatment is to keep the neck moving.

Beauty Tip |
SPF is somewhat confusing term that stands for Sun Protection Factor, it refers to the amount of UVB rays a sun screen protects you from. The higher the SPF number, the longer you can remain in the sun without getting burnt. For instance, a SPF of 15 would allow you to stay in the sun 15 times longer than you could if you were unprotected.
