If there is lack of care of the dry skin, there will be premature wrinkles on the face which will look ugly. So have facial done, which is being explained separately. You increase the quantity of ghee and oil in your food, so that the skin becomes smooth and it does not get wrinkles. The skin also improves with exercise and having fresh air around.

When the wrinkles appear around the eyes take care of them from the first day. Creams etc. must never be applied around the eyes with pressure, because skin is very soft here. When you have tp use creams. apply it with light tapping fingers.

You should massage nourishing cream on neck and other parts of face to remove wrinkles. If you have more wrinkles, give steam to your face and massage it. It may reduce wrinkles. But it is really difficult to treat deep wrinkle, so take care of your skin right now, so that they don't develop early.

If you keep the motion of your hands downwards, when massaging your face, it might develop wrinkles too. So adopt an upright movement of hands.

Wrinkles can also be caused due to irritability. So try to keep happy. Protect yourself from sunlight.

Home remedies for the treatment of wrinkles

  • The best treatment for wrinkles is the massage of almond oil added with honey. You may use body oil too.
  • Mix milk cream and lemon juice and apply it on face regularly. This will prevent wrinkles.
  • Simple home remedy for wrinkles - Apply coconut oil and castor oil on the portions of skin and face where wrinkles set in and gently massage every night at bedtime. This will help in curing wrinkles.
  • Good home remedy for wrinkles - Add a few drops of almond oil to a teaspoon of honey and apply it on the face and neck. Wash the afce with fresh water after 10 minutes. It makes the skin soft and skin does not get wrinkles.
  • Effective home remedy for wrinkles - Prepare paste of two teaspoon of fine flour, by adding olive oil in drop by drop and retain the paste on your face for half an hour and wash it with rain water or rose water. This is beneficial for the treatment of wrinkles.

Then blot by kissing a tissue held between the lips, then reapply more colour. Choose colour tones in either warm or cool tones to suit your complexion.
