The neck, wrists, back, legs and shoulders must be stretched even if you are in the office. Be on the edge of the chair, and sit straight. With your rib cage lifted, your shoulder must be rolled back to open your chest. Hold this pose for 1-2 minutes and relax on your shoulders.
