How to do Skin Protection? - Cancer skin Protection tips

Protection of the skin with ingredients that block the sun's radiation is very necessary. These sun-block agents are incorporated into sunscreens. A good sunscreen in a tanning lotion to prevent sun burn should have a minimum SPF (sun protection factor) rating of 15 to prevent nasty sun burns. If possible apply sunscreen at least 20 minutes before going outside to give the active ingredients a chance to be absorbed.

All year round protection from the sun is vastly important in this day and age. To fight the signs of early aging, look for built in sun screens in all your face lotions.

Applying sunscreen is most important when using sun tan lotions, because of the increase in UV rays attracted to your skin.

Rubbing a mix of papaya, cream and sugar into the skin before your bath is also said to remove skin tan.

There are few creams or gels available, which contain 'L-Ascorbic acid'. When they are applied to the skin, they may soak up free radicals created by sun exposure or pollution before they can do any damage to the skin.

Apply the sunscreen about 20 minutes before sun-exposure. This gives the skin time to absorb it.

Safe tanning products and supplies are available for purchase online of sun burn prevention and remedys for sun burn treatment relief. If you start using sun care products now you can prevent further damage to your skin.

When you are swimming in the sea, or in an open air pool, remember to apply sunscreen before and after your swim. Prtect yourself with a parasol whenever you are out in teh sun.

Remember, you are exposed to ultraviolet radiation even on a cloudy day.

Fitness Tip

When a blood vessel is damaged, chemical reactions lead to the formation of a blood clot, consisting of clumped-together platelets, at the site of the wound to seal the injury.

Beauty Tip

Trimming your hair does not make it grow faster, but it removes splitting ends that can split upto 7.5 cm (3 inches) of your hairs length.
