Oily Hair Care

Oily hair looks good for a day or two after shampooing but then quickly becomes lank. Groups of hair cling together in attractive strands and the head looks dirty and it often has the problem of dandruff.

How to care oily hair?

  • Wash it just before it starts feeling sticky once in 3 days.
  • It left unwashed for long it may cause spots on the face and back.
  • Choose a lemon based shampoo and pay particular attention to the head when massaging the shampoo. Rinse it thoroughly.
  • Add a little vinegar to the final rinsing water to get the hair very clean.
  • If a sudden shampooing is needed try to do with this dry shampoo. Divide your hair into sections and fluff a little multani mitti powder through each section. Rub in well and leave for 10 minutes. Brush out thoroughly with a clean brush. Multani mitti powder absorbs most of the grease and dirt. But remember for this shampooing your head must not be very dirty.

Beauty Tip

Age spots, known as lever spots or senile lentigines in dermatologist-speak, are harmless, dark tan or brown patches – similar to oversize freckles. They are most often seen on the hands, forearms and face and they usually appear on your skin as you age – hence their name.
