Camouflage Clothes and Clothing - Jackets, Pants, Fabric and Bedding with Camouflage

Camouflaging implies covering up unwanted spots and irregularities through the use of different kinds of makeup, particularly foundation.

Foundations come in different textures, such as liquid, cream, stick, and cake form.

Usually lighter-skinned people need only blend a maximum of eight colors to achieve a cover-up, while darker-skinned people may need up to thirty-five colors to conceal a deep scar, blemish, or unwanted age spot.

The best camouflage creams are the heavier makeup products because they provide better coverage than the watery lotions.

The disadvantage to these camouflage creams is that they may feel heavy, and are more likely to aggravate acne-prone or oily skin. For oily skin choose a foundation that has low or no oil content; for dry skin opt for a moisture-based foundation.

Foundation should be applied from the top of your face toward the bottom with a downward stroke.

To even out skin color irregularities, apply a small amount of foundation at the jaw line to ensure the color is harmonious and blends with the natural tones of the face and neck.

No lines of demarcation should be seen.

Darker shaded foundations help to blend elevated areas, while lighter-shaded foundations are used to cover depressed areas.

Fitness Tip

Meditation is one form of stress beating relaxation. Focusing your mind brings calm, enabling your muscles to become less tense and your blood pressure to drop.

Beauty Tip

In nummular or discoid eczema, which is much more common in men than in women, itchy, coin-shaped patches develop, generally on the arms or legs. The affected areas may ooze and blister.
