Natural face packs - Best homemade facial packs for you

  • Mix your favorite bath gel with sugar, and use as a scrub. It works great. I keep a container with sugar in it in the bathroom with all of my other bath stuff. I use it every time I wash. You can use it all over your body.
  • Mix sugar and olive oil and spread on skin in a circular
motion. It gets rid of dry skin as well.
You can use your favorite oil.
  • Milk has a vitamin known as vitamon g which is also known as the anti-aging vitamin. Any time I take a bath, I add a cup of milk. Another idea would be to mix some of your favorite lotion with milk, and use it after bathing. Keep this in a container in the fridge.
Dont use skim milk. It doesnt have all of the good stuff. You can use different varieties of milk if you wish--soy, goat, powdered, whatever suits you.

Fitness Tip

To find your waist-to-hip ratio, stand with your stomach relaxed. Find the narrowest point of your waist and measure. Next, find the widest part of your hips and buttocks and measure. Divide the waist measurement by the hip measurement. This is your waist-to-hip ratio.

Beauty Tip

A tinted moisturizer isn’t strictly a foundation. It’s a moisturizer with a small amount of sheer pigment added. Similarly a tinted sunscreen is a sunscreen with a small amount of sheer pigment added.
