Best Beauty and Natural facial masks - Full Facial Mask Recipe

Facial Masks have always been used to maintain a more youthful appearance. Masks are based in wax, rubber, oatmeal, and mud. They can be purchased over the counter, or applied in salons, spas, and some dermatologists offices. In general, masks are left on the face for ten to thirty minutes.

Face masks for dry skin

Wax-based masks are made from beeswax or a combination of paraffin and a petroleum jelly-like material. This is usually applied hot. They are most helpful for people with dry skin because the wax acts as a physical barrier so that water does not evaporate from the face.

Mix half teaspoon honey with egg white and one teaspoon dried milk powder. Mix into a paste and apply. Remove after 20 minutes with water.

Face masks for oily skin

Mud masks are made of absorbent clay. They have an astringent-like effect. Oily pores and acne-prone skin benefit the most from these.

Mix half teaspoon honey with egg white and one teaspoon lemon juice. Add fullers earth or brewer's yeast powder. Mix into a paste and apply. Remove after 20 minutes with water.

Face masks for combination and normal skin

Mix one table spoon youghurt with fuller's earth and apply. Yoghurt itself can be applied on the face. It helps to soften the skin and restore the antural acid mantle.

All time favorate facial masks

Rubber-based masks can be purchased over the counter. The mask is usually squeezed out and then applied to the face. This mask makes the skin feel as if it has been tightened. It will also feel soft and refreshed. They are safe for dry, normal, combination, and oily skin types.

Fitness Tip

The colored part of the eye, the iris, gets its appearance from the number of pigments it contains-brown eyes have significantly more pigments than blue eyes.

Beauty Tip

In nummular or discoid eczema, which is much more common in men than in women, itchy, coin-shaped patches develop, generally on the arms or legs. The affected areas may ooze and blister.
