Facial Exercises Equipments and Machines | Facial Exercise toning for anti aging and wrinkles

A few facial exercises are being explained below for the face. They are very easy. they will exercise muscles of the face and it will glow. It will not hang loose, or get disproportionate but shall remain rather muscular.

  1. Pull both corners of lips with fingers. Count one to ten. The upper lip should touch the lower one but the lower one must not turn outwards. It makes lower poetion of the face shapeful. It brings a balance in the shape of the face.
  2. Fill your mouth with air and move it up-down in round motion for three minutes. It will improve blood circulation and dullness will vanish.
  3. Keep pressing the corners of the lips. Keep the face like this for 3 minutes. Movement of cheeks as well as jaw will improve the shape.
  4. Massage your cheeks with the hands from down upwards and outwards and repeat it 10 times. It will improve the shape and bring glow on the cheeks.
